Shipping and Returns 

Exchanges 

- Exchanges are accepted within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order. 

- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with original tags and packaging. 

- To initiate the exchange process, the customer must contact us by email within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order. 

- Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error on our part. 

- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item arrives in perfect condition. 

Returns 

- We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available. 

- In case of a defect or shipping error, Lume assumes full responsibility and will resolve the situation directly with the customer.
